Called to a bathroom where the drain hopper was under a tiled floor.

Dyno Rod called to clear blocked drain but had to rip up floor tiles for access.

Cut tiles and fitted Ply floor to equal tile height.

We laid a Laminate floor so that it could be lifted in the event it ever blocks up again

Finished floor taken up to doorway so as not to disturb Kitchen Laminate

Kitchen was also Laminated Floored over tiles.
